Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all 1MD Nutrition® garment tags are intact and the fabric is free of any marks or odors.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
